A Site is the location of a business or call center.
Go to the Virtual Office Configuration Manager
Click on the "Sites" tab
Click +Create Site
A form will appear where you can enter Site Name, Site Code, Extension Length, Address ( or click to create a New address), Language, Time Zone, Receptionist, Main Line Number, Set Main Number as Caller ID for all users belonging to this site, Calling Country.
Save your new created Site
Go to the Virtual Office Configuration Manager
Go to the Users page and select the users you would like to change.
Click Bulk Edit.
Select Site and click to choose one from the list.
Click Continue.
Review the report to see whether all selected users have moved to the new site then click Confirm Bulk Edits. A task will be created. You can monitor its progress in the Tasks area.
