After logging in, you will be brought to the Application Panel. Click “Config Mgr”

You will be brought to the Account Settings Page. Here you can configure your account. For now, click “Voicemail Settings.”

In Voicemail Settings, you can make optional changes. An essential task is to “Reset Access PIN”

Create and “Save” your PIN.

Click the blue “Change” button on any of the Voicemail Settings.

This prompt will appear. Select the audio option of your choice. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
